Sacramento International Film Festival 04/14- 04/22/2012

The Festival is proud to offer this first class event in celebration of amazing artists like you. With enthusiastic audiences and beautiful venues including the fabulous Crocker Art Museum and the Artisan Arts center, the Sacramento International Film Festival offers a fantastic way to premiere a film in the Capital of California. In addition, our special events like the "Digital Odyssey" technology expo, "American Screenwriter's Conference" and Cine-Soul/Cine-Latino showcases offer filmmakers a value added experience not found at many other venues. We accept only films which have not previously screened in the Sacramento area to maintain our local "premiere" status. Our goal is to blend the worlds of international, independent, local and Hollywood cinema that grow the art and craft of filmmaking.

Special Opportunity! From Janice Davis,
I’m putting together a trip to South Africa specifically geared toward videographers (although you don’t have to be a videographer to go…it’s an amazing trip and all wildlife enthusiasts are welcome).  The trip is scheduled for late Summer 2012.  This particular trip has been designed by me and the travel agency I use that specializes in only African Safari’s.  A 12 day itinerary for less than $5k.  I anticipate this cost to be an introductory offer available this year only. For more info contact Janice Davis, Owner/Producer, Take 1 Productions, janice@take1pro.net, (916) 212-3002
